Stop making every big call alone.

Every leader carries pressure. It gets dangerous when there's nowhere honest to put it. The Founder's Boardroom™ is that place: a small, private table with faster decisions and a partner who actually knows you.

IS THIS YOU?

You're still at the helm of the business you once had tremendous passion for. Lately you're quietly burned out by it, and you can't see what's next without burning it all down.

  • Everyone depends on you, and nobody's holding you up.
  • You're the only voice in the room on the big calls.
  • The business got bigger. You got smaller.
  • "This business works, but it's costing me too much." (Maybe you've only said it to yourself.)

WHAT YOU STOP CARRYING ALONE

Entrepreneurship is a lonely seat. This one comes with company.

Building a business is often a silo. You second-guess the decisions, and some nights you second-guess who you are and who you're turning into. At this table, you bring all of it.

  • The calls you've been sitting on, until they finally move.
  • Who owns what, as your team and your org chart keep shifting under you.
  • Hiring, when you're not sure what you're looking for, let alone how to spot it if it smacks you in the face.
  • The life math of it all: what this business is costing the rest of your life.

HOW IT FEELS

Held, not coddled.

You get seen in a way that feels steady, without being let off the hook. The work is bespoke, built inside a framework and never squeezed into somebody else's box. Most founders feel it early... relief first, then the energy to go after what's next. No more shoulding on yourself. Just aligned action and the truth.

You'll get questions that pull out what you already know. And when a question isn't enough: answers to questions, solutions to challenges.

WHAT'S AT THE TABLE

  • Private 1:1 calls with me, for you or with your team in the room.
  • Your Private Intensive: one private day with me to get the heavy lifting moving fast.
  • The Founder's Line: voice notes to me, Monday to Thursday, for the decision that can't wait for the next call. Reflect, decide, move.
  • Office hours and monthly study halls, so you're rarely stuck between calls.
  • A private members portal and a room of founders in your league.
  • A strategy day once a year with the whole table, to wrap the year that was and plan the year that's yet to come.

And yes, Empire Ops™ comes with you. It's the toolkit underneath, so the changes hold after the call ends. Empire Ops™ →

HOW THE WORK UNFOLDS

Real change has to outlast your good intentions, so we pace it. Here's the arc.

  1. 1

    Settling in

A welcome strategy session where we map what you're building toward and take an honest look at your capacity and your team.

  2. 2

    The audit

We find the friction and name what it costs. Then we lock your focus for the next 90 days: who is doing what, by when. Expect a little clarity shock. When you see it, you won't be able to unsee it.

  3. 3

    The recalibration

We reset how you show up and how the business runs, and we ask the uncomfortable one: what are you still holding that's no longer yours? Relief shows up here. So does your capacity.

  4. 4

    The expansion

We go deep on your offers and your ops, and ask what you're no longer available for. You get your decision speed back.

  5. 5

    The rhythm

Two calls a month, big picture and details, with room to work in between. Every month asks: Is it aligned? Is it clear? Is it working? Does it cost more than it returns?

  6. 6

    Looking back

We compare where you started with where you are now, and ask who you're evolving (or devolving) into.

YOUR PEOPLE

A place to truly be seen and feel safe.

I keep my numbers intimate, so I can really know the founders I work with and sit beside you as a partner. This room is where you practice the bigger version of yourself before you take it out into the world... and then you go flex big and take up all the space. When it's full, it's full.

"I just signed up for my third year... she knows absolutely when to push me and she knows when to tell me to slow down... I trust her. I keep hiring her."

HOW TO GET A SEAT

  1. 1

    By application only

That's the standard. This is a small room of founders at your level, and I choose who sits at the table so everyone in it raises the bar. And the person you get is me, every single time. (Happy accident: most founders get clearer on what they actually want just by filling it out.)

  2. 2

    We talk

If your answers say this could be a fit, you'll book a conversation with me. I'll have read every word before we start.

GOOD QUESTIONS

What's the time commitment?

It's a 12-month commitment, because a business shows you who it really is across every season, including the ones where life outside work gets loud. That's two calls a month, plus the work between them, paced around your real capacity, because burning you out to fix your burnout would be bad math. And you get everything at the table above, pressure-tested through the stormy weather too, so you come out bulletproof.

Who is it for?

Founders in any industry who are tired of carrying the big calls alone and are ready to stop.

What does it cost?

We cover investment once we both know it's a fit. If I'm guessing at a number before I know you, I'm not doing my job.

Can you help me hire?

Yes. The Aligned Hire™ is its own offer, and Boardroom members can add it on. By then I already know you and your culture, which is half the battle when you're not sure what you're looking for.

Ask me about The Aligned Hire™

What if I'm not ready?

Start with a Founder Reset Session. An hour usually tells us both.

THE MAVEN MEMO

Pssst... the good stuff ships on Wednesdays.

One Maven Memo a week, every Wednesday, for founders who run a business that sometimes runs them. The full memo is email-only, so if you're not on the list you're reading the trailer. (Write back. I like a good conversation more than a good open rate.)

I guard your inbox like I guard my calendar.
Unsubscribe anytime. I'll miss you, but I won't make it weird.
